Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between your business and Adyvance when you use Adyvance to run your shop. Please read them; by creating an account or using Adyvance you accept them.

1. Who we are

Adyvance is operated by Adyvance Pvt. Ltd., a company in Nepal ("Adyvance", "we", "us"). In these terms, "you" means the business that opens an Adyvance account and the people who use it on that business's behalf.

2. Your account

  • You must give true information about yourself and your business and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by staff you add. Keep sign-in details private and turn on two-step sign-in.
  • You must be legally able to enter into this agreement for your business.

3. Your shop and what you sell

  • You are the seller. Your products, prices, descriptions, delivery, returns and customer service are your responsibility, and you must follow the laws that apply to your business.
  • You must not use Adyvance to sell illegal, stolen, counterfeit or dangerous goods, to mislead or defraud people, to send spam, or to break anyone's rights.
  • You own your content and your shop's data. You let Adyvance store, show and process it only to run your shop and provide the service.
  • You decide what you collect from your customers and must handle it lawfully. Our Privacy Policy explains how Adyvance handles it for you.

4. Plans and payments to Adyvance

  • Paid plans and services cost what is shown in the Adyvance admin when you buy them. Prices are in Nepali rupees.
  • A plan runs for the period you choose. It renews automatically only if you turn on auto-renew; you can turn it off at any time before the renewal date.
  • If a plan is not paid, features that need it may stop until it is paid. Your shop data is kept for a reasonable time so you can come back.

5. The Adyvance Wallet

  • The Adyvance Wallet is a prepaid balance in your account (1 credit = Rs 1). You add money by QR payment or bank transfer with the receipt, which we check, or by Fonepay QR, which is added at once.
  • Wallet credit can be spent only on Adyvance's own services, such as plans, SMS credits, root AI credits, premium themes, Digital Marketing ads and Import Marketplace orders.
  • Wallet credit cannot be withdrawn, refunded as cash or transferred to another account, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • We may correct the balance if a payment fails, is reversed, or was added by mistake.

6. Services Adyvance provides for you

Digital Marketing

When you ask us to run an ad, the ad budget and our service fee are taken from your wallet or paid directly. Our team reviews the ad and runs it on Meta or Google through Adyvance's advertising accounts. Results depend on the platforms and are not guaranteed. Budget an ad does not spend is returned to your wallet. The ad platforms' own rules apply, and they may reject or stop an ad.

Import Marketplace

Import orders follow the deposit, balance and delivery terms shown on each order in the Adyvance admin.

SMS and AI credits

SMS credits and root AI credits are used as you send messages or use AI features, and bought credits are not refunded as cash.

7. Services you connect

If you connect a payment service, delivery company, Daraz, social media or another outside service, your agreement with that service also applies. We are not responsible for those services, their fees, or their availability.

8. Payments from your customers

Payments your customers make in your shop go through the payment services you set up with your own merchant accounts, or cash on delivery. Adyvance does not hold your customers' money.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Adyvance available and secure, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve, change or remove features; if a change takes away something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

10. Suspension and closing your account

  • You can stop using Adyvance and ask us to close your account at any time.
  • We may pause or close a shop that breaks these terms, puts people at risk, or is used for fraud. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.

11. Liability

Adyvance is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Adyvance in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell shop owners in the Adyvance admin or by email when a change is important. Using Adyvance after a change means you accept it.
