Who we are
Adyvance is operated by Adyvance Pvt. Ltd., a company in Nepal ("Adyvance", "we", "us"). You can reach us at adyvanceofficial@gmail.com.
This policy covers:
- this website and the Adyvance admin that shop owners and their staff use;
- the online shops that businesses build on Adyvance, as far as Adyvance runs them. Each shop decides what it collects from its own customers and is responsible for that; we handle that information on the shop's behalf and only to run the shop.
What we collect
From shop owners and their staff
- Account details: name, email address, phone number and the business and shop names you enter.
- Sign-in details: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We keep records of sign-ins and security settings (for example your authenticator app or passkey) to protect your account.
- What you put into your shop: products, prices, stock, orders, customers, delivery and payment settings, pages and images.
- Billing: your plan, your Adyvance Wallet balance and history, top-up receipts or transaction IDs you send us, and payments you make to Adyvance.
- Business verification documents, when you choose to verify your shop.
- Messages you send to our team and feature ideas you post.
From a shop's customers
- What a customer gives a shop when they order: name, phone number, delivery address, email (if given), what they bought and how they paid.
- Customer accounts and order lookups, which use a one-time code sent by email or SMS.
- Messages customers send to a shop through channels the shop connects (see below).
Automatically
- Technical information needed to run and protect the service: IP address, browser type, pages requested and error logs. Visitor statistics are shown to shops as totals.
- Bot protection: some forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them.
How we use information
- To provide Adyvance: run shops, take orders, arrange delivery, collect payments and show reports.
- To keep accounts secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and investigate reports about shops.
- To bill for plans and services and keep the Adyvance Wallet accurate.
- To send messages about your account, orders and the service, such as order emails.
- To support you when you ask for help.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
Services a shop connects
A shop can choose to connect outside services. When it does, information moves between Adyvance and that service only to do what the shop asked for. Each service also has its own privacy policy.
- Payment services such as Fonepay, eSewa and Khalti, using the shop's own merchant accounts.
- Delivery companies, to book and track shipments.
- Daraz, to import orders, print labels and keep stock and prices in step.
- Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and TikTok, so the shop can answer its customers' messages from Adyvance.
- Meta and Google advertising, when the shop asks Adyvance to run ads for it (see below).
Google user data
If you sign in with Google, we use your name, email address and profile picture only to create and secure your Adyvance account.
When a shop asks Adyvance to run Google ads, the shop's Google Ads account sits under Adyvance's Google Ads manager account. Adyvance reads that account's advertising reports (impressions, clicks, cost and conversions) through the Google Ads API, read-only, and shows them only to that shop. We do not use this data for anything else, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Adyvance's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who helps us run Adyvance
- Cloudflare hosts Adyvance: our servers, databases, file storage, email sending, bot protection and the AI features run on Cloudflare's network.
- Google provides Google sign-in.
- Payment services process payments made to Adyvance, such as Fonepay QR.
- SMS providers in Nepal deliver text messages, when SMS sending is turned on.
These providers may process information outside Nepal. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect people or our service from harm or fraud, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business, in which case this policy keeps applying to it.
How long we keep information
We keep information while your account is active and as long as we need it for the reasons above, including legal, tax and accounting obligations. When a shop owner asks us to close their account, we delete or anonymise the shop's information, except what we must keep by law.
Security
We protect information with encryption in transit, encrypted storage for payment and integration keys, two-step sign-in for staff, access limited by role, and records of sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in details private and tell us at once if you think your account is at risk.
Your choices and rights
- You can see and update most of your information in the Adyvance admin.
- You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account.
- You can disconnect Google and other connected services at any time.
- If you are a shop's customer, contact that shop first: it decides what it collects. We will help the shop answer your request.
To ask, email adyvanceofficial@gmail.com. We may need to confirm who you are before we act.
Children
Adyvance is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is important, we will also tell shop owners in the Adyvance admin or by email.
